    Schedule an in-person appointment to receive your medical cannabis card recommendation.
  • Recertification: $150
    After 6 months, you must follow up with your physician in-person or via telemedicine to continue your medical recommendation.
  • Recertification: $179
    After your 1st year, you are required to complete an in-person or telemedicine visit once annually to continue your medical recommendation.
